The staff were very nice, and the rooms had a trendy design. We booked a room with a heater and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the included breakfast items, such as coffee, tea, fresh bread, pancakes, and yogurt.

As friends who love going out at nights, we really appreciated the central location of the property, being close to the plaza and touristic areas. the staff at the Riad La Santa were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. the room and bathroom were clean, with hot water available. the breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of bread, Moroccan pancakes, jams, coffee/tea, and yogurt. We also loved the balcony and rooftop terrace, which offered a fantastic view of the surroundings.

We felt taken care of and had no reason to complain.

The room is perfectly clean and fashionable and there are nice views of the town. Our hotel is set in a central location right by the old medina as well as the maze of streets. It's feet from Aladdin Restaurant, where you can have lunch.

The location of Riad La Santa was ideal, providing easy access to the city center. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the rooftop terrace offered stunning views. The breakfast provided on the terrace was delicious, with a variety of Moroccan dishes to choose from. The staff, particularly Youssef and Gasson, were friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable.

The room was comfortable and cozy even with the heater.

wow! riad la santa was even better than our last stay in chefchaouen. the staff made us feel like family, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. we also loved the authentic hammam experience thanks to nora. can't recommend this place enough!

Smelly bathroom.

Perfect location close to everything. Centrally located with parking nearby if coming from Fes. Clean rooms with modern style furnishings. Fantastic breakfast, staff is friendly and welcoming.

Hard to think of anything negative.

During my Xmas holidays, I enjoyed staying at a beautifully designed hotel in the heart of the old town. the complimentary breakfast and dinner were delicious and filling, and the staff went out of their way to make me feel like family. the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to nearby parking and all of the town's attractions. the charming rooftop terrace offered breathtaking views of the surrounding city and mountains.

While the hotel was easy to find, some of the nearby streets were a bit noisy at night, making it difficult to sleep. the room was a bit smaller than expected, with limited storage space.

The rooms at Riad La Santa are absolutely delightful! The private bathrooms with showers and slippers make you feel so pampered. I loved waking up to the beautiful city view from my cozy room. The soundproofing in the double room was a bonus, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The seating area and patio added a nice touch of relaxation to the ambiance.

I personally didn't fancy the washing machine in the quadruple room, but hey, that's just my taste!

Absolutely nothing.

The views from the terrace were breathtaking and the breakfast was rich and tasty. The staff was warm and helpful, making me feel at home during my stay. The artwork around the hotel added a special touch to the atmosphere. the beds were incredibly comfortable, offering me a great night's rest.

There was no fridge in the room, and the bathroom door was a sliding barn door, which did not provide enough privacy. The option to purchase full board was unnecessary.
